Zip learning consultant – Expert
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (on-site Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every 4th Friday of the month)
- Pay Rate: $69.24/hr – $80.03/hr
- Contract Length: 3 Months

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience supporting Procurement-focused platforms in a procurement operations, systems support, or enablement role.
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and process metrics to identify trends, support decisions, and monitor operational performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and support change initiatives with a high degree of accountability.
- Post-secondary education in Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with Zip, Coupa, and/or Archer platforms considered a strong asset.
- Experience creating job aids, instructional video content, and learning courses.
Must Have Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
- Strong MS Office 365 skills – Experience with Word and PowerPoint are highly recommended.
- Strong content development skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Zip, Coupa, or Archer platforms considered a strong asset.
- Experience using Agentic AI tools
- Experience using Power Automate
- Experience using Articulate 360 Rise
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions
- Procurement experience.
