Logistics Coordinator (Intermediate)
- Pay Rate: $50 – $60.08/hour (on W2)
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Location: Spring, TX 77389 (Onsite)
- Work Hours: 30 – 40 Hours per week
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
Responsible for coordination of schedule and materials associated with development workflow supporting the Graphite Materials Business. This includes 3rd party process trials, tolling, and client’s global services production campaigns. Activities support production of customer samples along with process DOEs and equipment evaluation required for technical readiness and AGV1 / AGV2. Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, IPTLs, Process Dev Leads, client’s global services, and BTEC to plan and execute evolving schedules aligned with strategic leadership milestones.
Responsibilities
- Maintain workflow / schedule structured by venture priorities
- Provide clear outlook for IPTLs and Process Dev Leads to review with 3rd parties
- Coordinate with IPTLs on material needs based on availability with tollers and client’s global services
- Coordinate material requests for process development (project specific needs)
- Update based on pilot plant commissioning and interface with Pilot Plant Manager
- Drive detailed shipment guidance for rush and standard logistics
- client’s global services <> 3rd parties, client’s global services / 3rd parties <> BTEC, 3rd parties <> 3rd parties
- Ensure regulatory compliance / appropriate documentation for international shipments
- Maintain product and sample traceability
- Coordinate appropriate packaging / labeling for trial products and samples
- Support LIMS batch IDs, genealogy development, and sustainment
- Document critical product / process parameters and yields
- Monitor inventories at 3rd parties, client’s global services, BTEC, and offsite warehouses
- Lead Weekly S/D Execution (0 – 3 month view) meetings
- Lead Weekly>Bi-Weekly S/D Planning (12 month view) meetings
- Lead Weekly Logistics Execution (1 month view) meetings
- Support vendor meetings as needed
