Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned AEM Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and a strong understanding of the insurance domain The role involves leading digital experience initiatives architecting scalable AEM solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and seamless customer journeys for insurance clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect enterprise grade AEM solutions tailored to insurance business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AEM projects including component design template development and integration with backend systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance specific requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define best practices for AEM development deployment and governance across multiple insurance platforms.
  • Ensure performance scalability and security of AEM applications in compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Integrate AEM with policy administration systems CRM platforms and analytics tools to enable unified customer experiences.
  • Guide development teams on AEM architecture code quality and reusable component design
  • Support presales and solutioning activities by providing domain aligned AEM strategies and estimations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager including Sites Assets and Forms.
  • Deep understanding of insurance processes such as policy servicing claims underwriting and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Java J2EE HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with AEM integrations using RESTful APIs SOAP services and third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices CICD pipelines and cloud hosting models for AEM.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery excellence in a distributed environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in client facing roles.
