Completions Field Specialist (Offshore)
- Pay Rate: $22/hour Depending on experience
- Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Location: Houma, LA 70364 (Offshore)
- Additional Information: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required

Overview
- Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
- Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year degree required.
- Minimum of 3–10 years of relevant experience required, in completions or similar offshore services.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; other tools will be taught internally.

Physical Demands & Safety
- Must pass drug and alcohol and fit-for-duty medical screenings (per onboarding requirements).
- Must comply with all offshore safety protocols.
