  • Location: Irvine CA 92618 (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will work closely with the Freight Manager, Compliance Officer, and other team members to support day-to-day operational and compliance activities. Responsibilities include utilizing SAP, inspecting shipping and receiving paperwork, entering and analyzing data in Excel, gathering and scanning documents, and presenting findings in meetings (both virtual and in-person).

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

  • Review data within SAP
  • Inspect and verify shipping and receiving paperwork, invoices, and packing slips
  • Input and analyze data using Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • Assist the Compliance Officer and Freight Manager with various administrative and data-related tasks
  • Conduct meetings in person or via Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of ERP experience
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of SAP experience
  • 5+ years of Excel experience
  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Additional Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and planning skills (ability to meet deadlines)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of Excel is essential
  • This role involves more data entry and documentation verification rather than in-depth data analysis
