QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Extensive knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, Open AI, GCP Vertex AI Model Garden), machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems in production environments, implementing end-to-end AI solutions, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training and deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks is a plus
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers. Ability to provide clear direction, set goals, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and innovative environment
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles and best practices. Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI systems that integrate with existing infrastructure
- Proactive in staying updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI research. Participation in research communities, publications, or contributions to open-source projects is a strong plus
