As the mastermind behind all training initiatives and programs for a dynamic organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke training campaigns that are tailored to the unique needs of Team Leaders and Teammates. Your expertise in this area will be invaluable as you curate and maintain training materials that align with the company's overarching goals, ensuring that all training is relevant, effective, and up-to-date.

In addition to your role as the resident expert, you will also be responsible for crafting a comprehensive training calendar that spans the entire year. This will require you to collaborate closely with Operations to ensure that all training meets the highest quality standards and is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, as you will be responsible for coordinating multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

One of the key challenges you will face in this role is balancing the needs of different departments and teams within the organization. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to frontline employees, in order to understand their training needs and develop programs that meet those needs. You will also need to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities, as the needs of the organization evolve over time.

Ultimately, your role as the architect of training initiatives and programs will be critical to the success of the organization. By creating a culture of continuous learning and development, you will help to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and internal teams to identify learning needs and define learning objectives.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences.
  • Manage the full learning lifecycle, from needs analysis to deployment and measurement.
  • Ensure all learning materials are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various platforms (desktop, mobile, LMS).
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data to continuously improve content.
  • Maintain quality standards for eLearning development, including branding, voice/tone, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, with a portfolio showcasing recent projects.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning science, and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
  • Experience working within or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with video/audio editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audacity).
  • Background in corporate training, onboarding, leadership development, or compliance training.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
