We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Material Coordinator I to their team.
Pay Rate: Up to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Odessa, TX 79765
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm | Night Shift: 4:00 pm – 3:00 am
Duration: 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
* Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
* Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse or similar setting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report any issues or discrepancies.
* Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
* Basic computer proficiency to manage inventory systems and track shipments.
* Experience in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
* Ability to work collaboratively with others, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
