Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/hour on W2, depending on experience

Work Type: Onsite – Strasburg, OH, 44680

Work Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off | Up to 14 hours/day, occasionally 16 hours/day

Travel: If you are required to work in an oilfield basin away from your "home" location, you will be provided airfare to and from that location.

Accommodations: While on rotation to a basin, you will be housed in a "man camp" or provided hotel-based housing and $15/day per diem.

Reimbursable Expenses: Coverall laundry ($20/rotation), Checked baggage and airport parking, Hazmat fingerprinting, and Business-related vehicle expenses (e.g., oil)

Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Additional Details: Class A CDL License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.

Raise is currently hiring a Driver on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various vehicles including:
    • Tractor trailer units
    • Body load units
    • 550s with gooseneck trailers
  • Hook up hoses, run air slide controls, strap loads
  • Hotshot pallets of chemicals between districts
  • Assist equipment operators when needed
  • Not a “no-touch” driving role — physical involvement is required
  • Adhere to all driving related safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Valid Class A CDL license
    • Air brakes endorsement
    • Tanker endorsement
    • Manual transmission capability required
    • Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Must be able to Strap loads, hook up hoses and operate trailer and body load units
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent time management and self-regulation abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
