  • Location: Based out of Saskatoon, supporting Northern Saskatchewan projects in Cigar Lake
    • Fly In Fly Out Camp accommodations provided.
    • Rotation (2 weeks in-2weeks out, 11 hours a day)
    • Company Charter Flights provided – Departing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Raise is currently hiring a Project Administrator on behalf of our client, They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

 

Job Overview

The Project Administrator will be responsible Provide general administrative support to the CMT, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the CMT, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Manage contractor mobilization and ongoing support. This includes:
    • Administering pre-mobilization deliverables (e.g., insurance documents, safety plans).
    • Coordinating flights, training, and logistics for contractors.
  • Ensure efficient document control processes by:
    • Implementing and maintaining electronic document management systems.
    • Ensuring proper filing, version control, and distribution of project documents.
    • Supporting the development and implementation of document control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 4-9 years of experience in a project management, construction, or engineering environment (or a similar role requiring strong administrative and organizational skills).
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) a strong asset.
  • Experience with managing contractor mobilization and providing ongoing support
  • College diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, software, and tools quickly and independently.
