Receptionist
- Location: – Grande Prairie, Alberta (on-site)
- Contract Length: 12 months.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, answering phones, scanning documents, ordering supplies (weekly), and some technology setupmay be required occasionally (plugging in phones, setting up monitors), additional duties may include data input, some spreadsheet work (beginner level) and other general duties to help the teams or management.
- Answering and managing all calls on the reception phone.
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
- Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs
- Complete administrative tasks to help the Management team: manage office stationery orders, and provide support to the Branch Operations Manager when needed.
- Assisting with coordinating any staff functions
Must-have Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an Office environment
- Good customer services skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Good typing speed
- Basic understanding of computer equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt and pivot as needed.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Some postsecondary education is preferred but not required.
- Experience in some kind of administration role is preferred; any experience in banking or the financial industry would be helpful.
