Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.

Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive cyber security program tailored to the organization's specific needs, risk profile and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain cyber security policies, procedures and guidelines that align with industry best practices and standards.
  • Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
  • Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs
  • Experience scheduling meetings
  • Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
  • Demonstrated excellent project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, Planview, etc.
  • Understanding of basic Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost and quality management)

Must Have:

  • Cyber Security PCO experience
