Surveillance Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (4 days on site)
Contract Length: 6 Months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts monitoring and surveillance activities to ensure business units and customers are in compliance with programs to prevent or identify illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
- Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
- Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
Top skills:
- Understanding of securities markets with experience in insider trading and market manipulation investigations.
Must-have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in surveillance activities and working with surveillance systems such as Trade Surveillance & Market Abuse Software (SMARTS), Bloomberg, FactSet, and Tableau.
- College degree, Securities industry knowledge, Data gathering Analysis
Nice-to-have:
- FINRA Licenses/certifications (Prefer Finra 7 certificate)
