WCF Cementing Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $26.00/hr on W2, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Shreveport, LA 71108
Work Schedule: Rotation will be 15 days on 6 off
Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.

Job Overview:
The WS Field Specialist – WIT is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Specialist WIT identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s license.
