As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will:
- Identify strong talent
- Build real relationships

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent
- Partner with senior recruiters on active hiring priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback
- Keep data, notes, and metrics accurate and updated
- Learn to use AI-driven tools and Voice Bots to enhance sourcing, communication, and candidate engagement
- Contribute ideas to improve our brand and talent pipeline
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA (HR), or Psychology (Class of 2025)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
Bonus Points If You Have
- Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business operations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, or an ATS
- Exposure to North American time zones or work culture
