Card Prototyping Coordinator
- Pay Rate: $24.46/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 2 months with a possibility of extension
- Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Job Overview:
This is an on-site position based in Montgomeryville, PA.
The Card Prototyping Coordinator provides second-shift support for the card prototyping team in producing customer samples. This role involves supporting card sample manufacturing processes—from printing sheet form to final assembly and shipment. The ideal candidate is agile, enthusiastic, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate directly with the printing and NPI teams for carry-over work from the previous shift.
- Act as backup to the Specialist as needed.
- Support color correction for artwork designs.
- Provide direction to digital and silkscreen press operators on assigned tasks.
- Support manual processes such as perforation, sheet collation, lab lamination, and manual punching.
- Learn and perform additional manual printing processes to support the 2nd shift autonomously.
- Use PDM and collaborate with logistics to order materials.
- Assist with the shipment of sample products.
- Contribute to new product qualifications.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the prototyping lab and shop floor.
Requirements:
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Demonstrated technical ability with manual and machine work.
- Customer-oriented and focused.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Team-oriented, dynamic personality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in a card manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
