Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Spring, TX – ExxonMobil Headquarters

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 / year USD

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

ShapeOverview

Raise is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our ExxonMobil account team on-site in Spring, TX. The CRM drives revenue retention and growth through direct engagement with ExxonMobil’s hiring managers and placed workers. You’ll play a key role in expanding Raise’s footprint within existing business units, improving client satisfaction, and supporting the Regional Program Director with insights and intelligence. This role ensures that client relationships translate into measurable business outcomes — renewals, redeployments, and organic expansion — without assuming accountability for global account strategy, operational delivery, or program design.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships

·       Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for assigned ExxonMobil divisions or sites.

·       Maintain regular contact with hiring managers and placed workers to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.

·       Identify and act on opportunities for role renewals, extensions, or redeployments.

Revenue & Growth

·       Drive revenue through retention and organic account growth (e.g., new departments, expanded role categories).

·       Partner with the Program Director or Account Manager to shape and execute growth plans.

·       Track and report client demand, satisfaction metrics, and account health indicators.

Collaboration & Escalation

·       Coordinate closely with Product Leads (Direct Sourcing, Contractor Success, etc.) to surface insights or feedback — but not to manage day-to-day delivery.

·       Escalate complex delivery or service issues to the Program Director for resolution.

·       Support the preparation of client business reviews and performance updates.

Intelligence & Insights

·       Collect competitive, market, and program data from client interactions.

·       Translate frontline observations into actionable recommendations for Raise leadership.

Shape Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management, preferably within the staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience supporting clients in the oil & gas sector or other large enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
  • Client Engagement: Proven ability to build, nurture, and expand client relationships, driving retention and growth across multiple business units or accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convey insights and recommendations clearly to both client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze account data, and make recommendations for improvement or expansion.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to align on client needs and outcomes.
  • Organization & Prioritization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools for tracking account performance and metrics.
  • Location: Must be based in or around Spring, TX. This role requires you to be on-site in the ExxonMobil Headquarters at least 4 days a week. Address: 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
