Completions Field Specialist (Offshore)

  • Pay Rate: $22/hour Depending on experience
  • Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Location: Houma, LA 70364 (Offshore)
  • Additional Information: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required

Overview

  • Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for service delivery execution.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
  • Maintain the required safety training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-year degree required.
  • Minimum of 3–10 years of relevant experience required, in completions or similar offshore services.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; other tools will be taught internally.

Physical Demands & Safety

  • Must pass drug and alcohol and fit-for-duty medical screenings (per onboarding requirements).
  • Must comply with all offshore safety protocols.
