Service Ticket Processing Specialist

  • Pay Rate: $30.07/hour on W2
  • Contract Length: 4 months (possible extension/conversion)
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Description

This hybrid position requires four days in-office per week. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Billing Clerk will process 200–250 service tickets daily, ensuring invoices are verified, markups are captured, and all revenue is accurately recorded.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process a high volume of service tickets (200–250 daily) accurately and efficiently.
  • Accurately close service tickets to ensure proper revenue capture for all services provided.
  • Perform analytical reviews of reports to identify discrepancies or missing data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation.
  • Respond quickly to internal and external email requests.
  • Support the finance team with administrative and billing-related tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

Qualifications

  • Language Requirement: Fluent in French (written and verbal) and English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Education

  • High School Diploma required.
