General Labourer/Field Labourer
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
- Contract Length: 1-2-month contract
- Location: Saskatoon, SK S7R 1A3 and Emerald Park/Regina, SK (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: Daytime shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Hours: 20-40 Hours per week

Overview
- We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our field teams for the 2026 summer season in the Saskatoon and Regina/Emerald Park areas.
- This is a hands-on role perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and are physically active.
Responsibilities
- As a Field Laborer, you will perform essential manual tasks to support our agricultural operations:
- Manual Weed Control: Focus on consistent weed removal through hand-pulling, hoeing, and uprooting plants.
- Crop Maintenance: Assist with setting up pollination cages, applying selfing bags, and sickling plots.
- Harvest Support: Participate in hand-harvesting seeds and cleaning seed samples.
- Safety & Quality: Follow specific work plans from agronomists and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Working Conditions
- Outdoor Environment: You must be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions for the duration of your shift.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves manual labor, including bending, pulling, and walking through agricultural fields.
- Travel: Some fields may be located up to 2 hours away from the primary facility.
Requirements
- Ability to arrive at designated pickup locations on time (e.g., 6:45 AM for Regina sites).
- Must bring sturdy, closed-toe footwear suitable for field work (sandals are not permitted).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions to minimize crop disturbance.
