Ideal Background
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
- Continuous improvement and process optimization experience
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to support production, maintenance, or operational teams
- Experience with CAD software or industrial systems considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- P.Eng designation considered an asset
- Lean Six Sigma certification considered an asset
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLCs, or automation systems considered an asset
- Exposure to power distribution, cooling systems, controls, or operational reliability environments considered an asset
