AI Analyst (Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Administration)

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. 

Responsibilities: 

The AI Analyst, Microsoft Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Administration is responsible for supporting the administration, governance, and controlled enablement of Eversource’s Microsoft-based AI and low-code platform capabilities. This role will help establish and operate the enterprise agent platform across Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot-related services, with a strong focus on environment setup, platform controls, data loss prevention, governance, and secure adoption. 

This position serves as a key delivery and operations partner across Enterprise AI, IT, Security, Architecture, and business teams to ensure Microsoft AI and automation capabilities are configured, governed, and deployed in a secure, scalable, and supportable manner. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, Microsoft 365 administration, environment and tenant controls, DLP policy configuration, and coordination with cybersecurity teams to establish an enterprise agentic framework. Microsoft’s current admin documentation places these controls across the Power Platform admin center, Copilot Studio governance controls, and broader Microsoft 365 security and governance tooling 

Education & Experience Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Three (3) to five (5) or more years of experience in platform administration, systems analysis, business systems analysis, Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform administration, or a related technology role. 

Technical Skills  

  • Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments and tenant-level controls. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise platform support. 
  • Experience supporting governance, control, or compliance processes in a corporate technology environment. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders. 

Knowledge/Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, including Power Platform admin center capabilities for environments, settings, and governance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. 
  • Knowledge of Power Platform DLP/data policy concepts, including connector governance and policy controls used to reduce organizational risk. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio governance and the security model for agents. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, permissions, and service configuration. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills. 
  • Ability to translate governance and security requirements into practical platform configurations and operating procedures. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, compliance controls, or related Microsoft security/governance capabilities preferred. 
  • Experience with AI, low-code platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise platform enablement preferred. 
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, or security-related certifications preferred.
