Data/Business Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON—Hybrid (1-2 days/week)
- Pay Rate: $54.32/hr – $64.09/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:
- Data Analyst supporting the ECRM Centre of Excellence, responsible for managing Salesforce license lifecycle, analyzing large datasets (Excel/CSV, Salesforce Production data), and delivering insights through Power BI dashboards.
- The role involves stakeholder communication, reporting, and driving process improvements to optimize license usage and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Must-Have Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong Power BI Experience (dashboarding, visualization, data ingestion from Excel/CSV)
- Power BI Certification (highly preferred / near-mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (PowerPoint + written/email storytelling)
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce experience (user-level familiarity).
- Experience working in a Centre of Excellence (COE)
- Banking/financial services experience
