Head of HPS IT Solutions & Technology Delivery
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Pay Rate: $130/hr
- Contract Length: 6–12 Months

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of IT solutions and technology delivery initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee large-scale IT operations supporting R&D, engineering, and product development environments.
- Drive transformation initiatives related to IT organizational structure, governance, and delivery excellence.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Manage enterprise technology programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Establish scalable processes, operational frameworks, and best practices for technology delivery and support.
- Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, engineering systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Support hardware and software design center operations through effective IT enablement and innovation.
- Provide leadership in budgeting, vendor management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior leadership roles at the Director, Senior Director, or VP level.
- Strong background in IT strategy, enterprise delivery, and organizational transformation.
- Experience supporting R&D, engineering, product development, or hardware/software design center environments.
- Proven expertise in IT organization design and operational leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale technology programs and complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional executive communication and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, delivery governance, and technology operations.
- Experience leading geographically distributed or hybrid teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within technology, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or engineering-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of engineering systems and product lifecycle environments.
- Experience driving modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
