Training Coordinator

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Job Overview:
* Responsible for supporting training delivery for the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project. Primarily responsible for logistics, scheduling, Learning Management Systems (LMS) management, and providing training delivery information to support effectiveness measurement. Coordinate uploading of course curricula to our online LMS, including submitting courses/classes, managing rosters, drafting and distributing learner communications, and facilitating course/class evaluations. Maintain attendance and enrolment records, register learners, and liaise with Business ERP Team Training Coordinator(s) and Business Unit site coordinators across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end training logistics across Central Functions, including:
* Booking classrooms and Microsoft Outlook meetings
* Arranging monitors, power access, audiovisual setups, and network services
* Coordinating catering services
* Verifying, tracking, and reporting training attendance
* Provide onsite or virtual support during training delivery sessions
* Perform comprehensive Workday LMS activities, including:
* Building course shells and managing test and production publishing processes
* Creating and managing course offerings
* Handling learner enrollment and drop processes
* Maintaining accurate LMS records and rosters
* Generating LMS reports to support training effectiveness tracking
* Upload and manage Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) curricula
* Support the Training Lead in developing management reports related to training effectiveness
* Maintain learner records, attendance sheets, training mappings, and session data
* Track training deliverables and execution metrics to ensure alignment with project plans
* Support audit-ready documentation practices as required
* Manage the training mailbox and respond promptly to learner and stakeholder inquiries
* Draft and distribute training communications before and after training sessions

* ERP Training Coordinators
* Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leads
* Local business site coordinators
* Partner with Training and OCM Leads to develop tools and templates for tracking delivery planning and execution metrics
* Deliver a high-quality learner experience through professional, timely communication via email, Microsoft Teams chat, and calls

Qualifications:
Required:
* Advanced experience working with Workday LMS on large, complex implementations
* Strong understanding of training development standards, learning design terminology, and content file types
* 5+ years of experience coordinating training logistics, including:
* Classroom and virtual training setups
* Catering and facility coordination
* Complex scheduling across multiple trainers, courses, and geographic locations
* Microsoft Teams-based virtual training delivery
* Proven ability to manage LMS tasks for both ILT and WBT ERP courses
* Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset with a focus on learner experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight project timelines
* Willingness to work overtime during peak training delivery periods
* Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Teams, Copilot, Outlook, SharePoint, and Project
* Collaborative team player able to work effectively with Training, OCM, Functional Teams, and local site support teams
Preferred:
* Experience using Power BI
* SharePoint Online experience
* Familiarity with documentation requirements subject to audit or compliance standards
