RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional/Technical

  • Leads end to end process mapping efforts, including planning and

 facilitating workshops to gather detailed operational, system, and

 internal/vendor SME insights

  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices across both physical operations

 and system based controls

  • Utilizes expertise in inventory control systems, preferably HxGN, to

 design system workflows, data requirements, and integration points

  • Conducts detailed process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and

 improvement opportunities

  • Applies project management discipline to structure the work, including

 scheduling, milestone planning, risk identification, and mitigation

 strategies

  • Ensures alignment between physical workflows, system logic, and vendor

 capabilities

  Customer/Stakeholder

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to map, validate,

 and develop inventory control processes grounded in best practices

  • Partners with vendors and internal teams to understand capabilities,

 priorities, and constraints to ensure aligned process design

  • Documents all decisions, escalations, and discussion outcomes to ensure

 transparency and traceability throughout the project

  • Secures cross functional buy in for all process designs, ensuring alignment

 across Mx departments and vendors

  • Acts as the primary liaison between the Strategy & Transformation

 team and all stakeholders involved in inventory control process

 development

  • Facilitates clear communication, expectation setting, and alignment

 across all parties

  Operational Excellence

  • Establishes clear KPIs and governance routines to monitor process

 performance and project progress

  • Defines quality standards and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance,

 and consistency

  • Identifies improvement opportunities to enhance long term operational

 reliability

  SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer

 Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline, or

 a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.

  • Inventory Control Expertise (Physical & System): Strong understanding

 of physical inventory processes and practices (e.g., receiving, cycle

 counting, reconciliation) and how ERP/inventory systems such as HxGN support

 and integrate with those workflows.

  • Process & Workflow Analysis: ability to assess current state, define

 future state, and translate requirements into processes

  • Requirements Gathering: capture business needs and convert them into

 system/process requirements

  • Project Management Tools & Practices: scheduling, risk tracking,

 milestone management, documentation

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word 

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: ability to convey

 technical/process information clearly to technical and non technical

 audiences
