  • Pay Rate: $88.56/hour, depending on experience
  • Contract Length: 8 Months

Raise is currently hiring a Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for ensuring the people, process, and behavioural adoption of technology changes delivered as part of the Sunwing– Technology Integration Program. This role safeguards the realisation of integration benefits by embedding structured change practices into delivery execution, minimising resistance, reducing rework, and accelerating time‑to‑value. The OCM Lead works closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Technology Leads, Business Leaders, and Communications partners to ensure impacted stakeholders are informed, prepared, capable, and supported through the transition to the integrated target state.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting large‑scale technology or business integrations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
  • Experience working alongside PMO, technology delivery, and operations
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments

  • Experience supporting M&A or enterprise integration programs
  • Background in aviation, transportation, or large operational organisations
  • Familiarity with Identity Management, Data Protection, or enterprise systems transformations
  • Experience working in matrixed, multi‑partner environments
  • Education Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Communications.
  • PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner (Nice to Have)
  • CCMP™ (Certified Change Management Professional) (Nice to Have)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Nice to Have)

  • Strong stakeholder influencing skills – able to engage, align, and influence across diverse groups without direct authority.
  • Executive‑level communication – capable of distilling complex change impacts into clear, concise messages for senior leaders and frontline teams.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) – demonstrates empathy, active listening, and sensitivity to employee and leadership concerns during periods of change.
  • Change resilience and adaptability – remains effective and composed in ambiguous, fast‑moving, and evolving integration environments.
  • Conflict navigation and resolution – able to surface resistance early, facilitate difficult conversations, and guide stakeholders toward alignment.
  • Collaborative mindset – works seamlessly with Program Managers, Project Managers, Technology Leads, Communications, and Operations teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills – leads workshops, readiness sessions, and leadership discussions with confidence and clarity.
  • Pragmatic problem‑solving – balances structure and methodology with practicality, adjusting approach based on organisational context.
  • Credibility and trust‑building – quickly establishes trust with leaders and teams across both legacy organisations.
  • Results‑oriented mindset – focused on adoption, readiness, and sustained outcomes rather than activity for activity’s sake.
