Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $23.00/hour, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Midland, TX 79706
Rotation Details: Most roles require the ability to handle a flexible schedule which is typically a 15×6 rotation which is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel: If you are required to work in an oilfield basin away from your "home" location, you will be provided airfare to and from that location.
Accommodations: While on rotation to a basin, you will be housed in a "Workforce Lodge", per diem of $15/day, and mileage reimbursement of up to 300 miles each way (600 round-trip)
Duration: 8-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: CDL A Driver’s License with no restrictions and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
- Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
- Ensure individual and crew work safety.
- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
- Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
- Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow directions well.
