ThreatLocker Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the ThreatLocker platform across enterprise environments.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize application control, allowlisting, and endpoint security policies.
- Monitor security events, alerts, and platform activities to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Support onboarding, configuration, and maintenance of endpoints within the ThreatLocker environment.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
- Assist with policy tuning, exception management, and operational governance activities.
- Support endpoint protection initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records.
- Participate in incident response and security operations support activities as required.
- Provide operational support aligned with Asia time zone business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in endpoint security, security administration, or infrastructure security support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ThreatLocker administration (mandatory requirement).
- Experience managing application control, allowlisting, and endpoint security policies.
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support capabilities within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Windows-based enterprise environments and endpoint management practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT and security teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or distributed enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security operations processes and endpoint governance practices.
- Exposure to EDR, endpoint protection, or enterprise security tooling ecosystems.
- Experience working in shift-based or regional support coverage models.
