Coordinateur de production bilingue (Équipe de soirée)
- Lieu : Saint-Laurent, Québec (Sur place)
- Taux horaire : 36 $
- Durée du contrat : 12 mois
- Horaires de l'équipe : 13 h 30 à 22 h (incluant une pause déjeuner de 30 minutes)
Chez Raise, nous Recrutons un Coordinateur de production bilingue (Équipe de soirée) pour l'un de nos clients de premier plan. Responsabilités :
- Assurer le suivi des pièces, des kits de composants, etc., afin de garantir que toutes les pièces fabriquées soient livrées dans les délais impartis.
- Évaluer les conséquences d'éventuels retards de livraison et élaborer un plan d'action approprié.
- Participer à la résolution des problèmes liés à la production.
- Effectuer la saisie de données relatives aux projets et au suivi des livraisons.
- Assurer le suivi des pièces et générer des commandes manuelles dans le système.
- Surveiller le déroulement de divers projets afin de respecter les échéances et les exigences établies.
- Identifier et signaler les problèmes critiques susceptibles de compromettre le plan de production.
- Assurer la liaison entre les cellules de production en amont, les fournisseurs et les services connexes, afin de contrôler l'état d'avancement des activités.
- Orientation axée sur le client (interne et externe).
Exigences :
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) dans un domaine connexe ou 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou en entrepôt.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel et Outlook.
- Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
- Atout : Expérience préalable avec un système ERP.
- Doit être à l'aise pour travailler tant en français qu'en anglais.
Compétences indispensables :
- Compétences intermédiaires en communication, tant en français qu'en anglais.
- Expérience professionnelle dans un environnement manufacturier OU formation pertinente pour le secteur manufacturier.
- Esprit d'équipe.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques.

Bilingual Production Coordinator (Evening Shift)

- Pay Rate: $36/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months
- Shift hours: 1:30pm to 10pm (includes a 30-minute lunch break)

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all parts built are delivered on time.
- Determine the consequences of the late delivery and establish an appropriate action plan.
- Take part in solving production problems.
- Perform data entry for project information and delivery tracking.
- Track parts and generate a manual order in the system.
- Monitor the flow of a few projects to meet the deadlines and requirements.
- Identify and highlight critical issues that can compromise the production plan.
- Ensure the link between the upfront production cells, suppliers, and services to control the state of the activity.
- Customer focus oriented (internal/external).
Requirements:
- College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or Warehouse
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and problem solving skill.
- Preferred: Has past ERP system experience
- Must be comfortable working in both french and english
Must Have Skills:
- Intermediate communication skills in French and English
- Work experience in a Manufacturing environment OR education relevant to working in manufacturing
- Team player
