  • Location: Toronto, ON—Hybrid (4 days on site)
  • Pay Rate: $47.60/hr – $56.21/hr 
  • Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:

This role will include multiple operational support items, but no two days will look the same. The primary focus on the role will be on:

  • Supplier Management: Execute routine supplier-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned
  • Production Support: Manage and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing by severity and business impact
  • COB Controls: Monitor and maintain COB control procedures and compliance requirements
  • Exception File Review: Identify, assess, and triage exception files; escalate issues as needed
  • VC GL Reconciliation: Perform general ledger reconciliation activities for virtual card accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • VC Operations: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks for virtual card management
  • UAT Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing for new merchant onboarding functionality; document findings and defects

Must-have Skills

  • Operations experience
  • Handle customer support calls and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and client issues professionally.
  • Soft skills: Curious, wants to learn collaborative, Use strong customer service and good communication skills to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Strong customer-facing experience: Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and effectively navigate internal systems to resolve customer concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong product support knowledge along with excellent Excel skills, customer-facing abilities, and a proactive, intuitive approach.
  • Quick learner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Financial services experience
  • FinTech experience
  • UAT testing experience
