Curation Specialist (Contract-to-Hire, Remote)

About the Role
Raise is looking for a Curation Specialist to help power our growing direct sourcing strategy. In this role, you’ll build and nurture talent communities, connect with top candidates, and play a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging hiring experience.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain targeted talent pools based on hiring needs
- Source and engage candidates through ATS, job boards, and outreach (email/SMS)
- Create and manage Expression of Interest (EOI) postings
- Source resumes and shortlist candidates for recruiter review on active jobs
- Proactively phone screen and shortlist candidates for future opportunities
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date
- Partner with internal teams to support sourcing campaigns
- Provide timely updates and maintain strong candidate relationships
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent pooling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated and a fast learner
- Proven ownership and accountability for delivering results
- Strong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience
- Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, CRM)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or WorkLlama
- Experience managing shared calendars and Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
