HR Specialist (I-9 forms)
- Pay Rate: $42/hour (on W2)
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Location: Onsite | Houston, TX 77002
- Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM Monday-Friday | 40.00 hours per week
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in audit and correction process of I-9 forms.
- Sort paper I-9s according to updated reports.
- Scan paper I-9 to PDF format files.
- Work with PDF files to aggregate into a large document.
Required Qualifications:
- Big Company experience.
- Work as an HR Coordinator or similar role working with I-9 forms.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to take direction and corrective feedback.
- Able to communicate well both verbally and in written format.
- Proficient in Windows
- Proficient in Outlook
