Inspection Support Specialist (Natural Gas)

Job Overview:
The Inspection Support Specialist provides critical support for inspection management and resource coordination within natural gas construction projects. This role bridges the gap between field operations and administrative oversight, requiring a mix of technical industry knowledge and strong organizational talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Field Support: Manage and coordinate inspection activities across natural gas construction projects; support vendor surveillance in partnership with Supply Chain.
- Resource Coordination: Assist the Construction Management & Inspection (CM&I) team and provide resource support for commissioning teams as needed.
- Systems & Data: Support the development and management of the 4D Tool and maintain compliance tracking within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Recruitment Support: Assist with minor recruiting efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for inspection personnel.
- Safety & Culture: Adhere to all safety and environmental standards while promoting a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years of in-field Natural Gas Construction experience.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting and complex equations).
- Licensing: Must hold an active Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
- Background: Industry experience or relevant Military MOS; willing to travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Business, Industry, or a related field.
- Industry certifications (e.g., API, Talent Acquisition, or similar).
- Prior experience supporting field construction or inspection training programs.
