There is no set invoicing schedule – you can invoice whenever you want (even weekly) and you’ll be paid within 30 days. Many Independent Consultants choose to invoice after they submit their weekly timesheet to keep a regular routine.
When can I expect my payment? #
Please enter the date that you will submit an invoice, and you’ll see a payment date based on your 30 day payment terms:

We’ll do everything we can to pay your invoice on or before the date shown above – here is what we need from you to make things go smoothly:
- The invoice is successfully received at Accountspayable@raiserecruiting.com on the date that you entered above
- We have approved time/expense records in our system when you submit your invoice
- Transaction lines on your invoice match full weekly timesheet or expense amounts
